The customer Service Department in SLE are recruiting a Customer Relations Coordinator for a dynamic and challenging role for our private market customers. (Part time position ).
Responding to the companies private and Institutional customer sector – Pharmacies, Community and Pharmacy chains, hospitals and all company customers. Receiving orders for Pharmaceuticals and other products.
Working with interfaces within and without the company.
Capability to work under pressure with a high level of personal responsibility.
Integrating with the existing professional team.
Position Requirements:
Previous experience in Customer Service Centers or Operations Centre, advantage.
Proficiency in work in a computerized environment.
A good level of English – Russian, advantage.
Excellent verbal skills and Customer Service orientation.
Bachelor’s degree advantage.
Work hours from 7:00 – 16:00.
Prepared to work up to twice a week till 18:00.
The position is for our logistics center in Shoham.
